So, you are looking for the quickest way to get six pack abs?! Among the way you do not want to spent too much time in the gym and you also do not really want to change your eating habits. Good, then this article is for you. However, I am not going to give away this secret to you for one simple reason: What you are looking for does not exist.
Granted, to develop a good looking abdominal muscle group only takes 5-10 minutes per day of training. However, your newly developed muscles will be hiding underneath a solid layer of excess body fat. What good is that? The solution is to create a more sophisticated workout – including a work out for the lower ab area. One of the fastest ways to lose excess body fat is to run. I do understand that running is not for everyone and that it is hard if you carry a lot of weight in form of fat around.
But even slow running provides one of the best ways to lose fat. Combine the running with some other exercise, eat healthy and stick to moderate portions and you will see result super fast. Stay away from magic pills that promise weight loss over night. They don’t work and the only one being happy is the person who sold them to you.
Now how do you come up with a good workout program that does all that described above? I tried many different things initially I ended up designing my own workout program based on what personally like. The results might have not been perfect compared to some programs that are developed by people who have studied these topics, but the results were so good that I was happy. The actual work comes afterwards when the last 10 stubborn pounds of excess fat do not want to go as well as when you really want to have those six pack abs. But until you get to that point, do those things for exercising that you like: Walk, ride the bike, do some weight, use a rowing machine, lift some easy weights – combine them and you are on your way.
