Lower Ab Workout for Women

Women like to look pretty when heading out to the beach or the pool during summer time. Who doesn’t I have to ask?! When it comes to making a decision about overall weight loss or to look better in a specific area of the body, the tummy area often “wins” – meaning, it will get the most of the attention. How to get a flat tummy fast is the question raised my many women and they start looking for exercises for the lower ab.

Many times women that are looking for lower ab workouts to get a flat tummy, run into products and recommendations that are flashy and extreme and seem to be geared towards younger men only. Even though this is not painting an accurate picture, fact is that marketers of products and services are concentrating on that target group. As a result the level of frustration is quite big. However, by looking a little bit closer at this topic it is very clear that lower ab workout exercises for men, do work for women the same way. Some might even be easier to do by women than they are for men.

When I got my copy of the eBook “The Truth About Six Pack Abs” a while ago I honestly expected this to be an eBook for younger guys who “want to get ripped”. While my idea was not to get ripped to those extremes you often see on photos and all those misleading advertisements, all I really just wanted, was a flat, good looking tummy area. Talking to my wife, she asked me about the book and what kind of exercises it had to offer, because she was interested in getting a flat tummy fast, too. When I mentioned to her that the “Truth About Abs” eBook had many lower ab exercises for women, too, she was surprised quite a bit, but very excited, too. Together we went through the book and discovered all the different exercises that would perfectly work for women who want to lose belly weight and get a flat tummy fast. Even better, the book featured men and women doing the different exercises which really filled my wife with confidence about this program.

We discussed a few of these exercises (Example: Barbell Clean & Presses  (Page #118 and 119)) and my wife totally agreed with me that these exercises are great for women who want a flat tummy fast. Perfect for those women who want to look good for the beach season – no matter their age.

Now my wife and I never went as “crazy” about getting ripped like some of the other products and programs are trying to tell you. I personally like the low key approach of the eBook “The Truth about Six Pack Abs” because it shows normal people doing this. Many of the exercises in this program are perfect for anyone who wants to maintain just a healthy lifestyle compliment by good physical exercises. Perfect for men and women who are looking for a good lower ab workout.
