Happy NewYear. I hope you had a good first day of the year and all is well. Have you thought about new resolutions and goal for the new year yet? If not, it is really time to do so. Why? Well, any type of fitness goal requires a good plan to get the most out of your workouts. This is especially true if you are trying to get your abs muscles developed. This “ripped” look is not that difficult to achieve, but it is fairly easy to miss the target.
What good is the best developed set of abs if a big layer of excessive body fat is covering it?! The result is actually that your belly sticks out more and all your girl will see is a bit fat belly. I am already shaking while thinking about it. Yuck.
So, let’s get going for 2011 and get a great body. One of my resolutions is to eat a little more healthy and to reduce over-eating. Over-eating is my biggest issue and all the good workouts do not really bring me forward because I over-eat. It evens out and while in one way this is good, I do want to look better and make some progress. So, for 2011 this is a major fitness goal for me. I am also recovering from a broken foot and some associated surgery and just can’t wait to be fully back to normal. I like to do a lot of Cardio exercises and that is one thing I have been missing a lot.
