“Shocking” news for me today – even though I suspected it already for a long time. My metabolism is kind of non-existent. How do I know? I did do a metabolic Assessment (Resting + Exercise) today and the results are very interesting (at least to me). So, my resting metabolism translates to 1147 calories that my body would burn per day. Adding the super-(not)heavy activity we desk jockeys do all day (keyboard typing, starring at the monitor, etc.) my body would need less than 1,500 calories per day. [click to continue…]
